Usually, the registration process takes between ten months and a year.

This time can increase:

• three months if an office action is made
  
• from ten months to a year if an opposition is filed.
  
• It can also be increased other two or three years if a reconsideration and appeal are filed against the decision that grants or deny the trademark.
