How Long Does a Trademark Registration Process Take? |
|
|
Usually, the registration process takes between ten months and a year. This time can increase: - three months if an office action is made
- from ten months to a year if an opposition is filed.
- It can also be increased other two or three years if a reconsideration and appeal are filed against the decision that grants or deny the trademark.
To prevent delays we recommend you to file the application with all the complete documents and to make a prior search of availabilty.
