Usually, the registration process takes between sixteen and eighteen  months.

This time can increase:

• two months if an office action is made
  
• A year if an opposition is filed.
  
• It can also be increased for an indefinite time if a reconsideration and appeal are filed against the decision that grants or deny the trademark.
