How do you create a trademark right?

In Argentina, as the rest of South America, you need to register your trademark in order to get a right on it.   The use do not give any type of rights over a trademark. 

Is there an obligation to use the trademark before the registration?

There is no obligation to use the trademark before the registration.   After the registration if it is not used for 5 years before the renewal process it can´t be renewed

Do an international or regional trademark application apply to Argentina?

There is nothing like an international or regional trademarks.   Argentina is not part of the Madrid agreement and protocol.

How long a registration last?

The registration is made for ten years.  The trademark can be renewed as many times as you wish for periods of ten years.  

How  trademarks are classified?

Trademarks are classified with internation standards, particulary the 8th Nice Agreement classification. 

Is it possible to file a single application for various classes?

No.  It is not possible to file different classes in the same application.  Each class is considered a different application. 

Is it required a very detailed list of services or goods to be protected?

Argentinian PTO do not ask for detailed list of goods or services.  For example, clothes is an acceptable claim.
